Development Workshops

Leveraging an extensive library of leadership and professional development training content, exercises, and tools, CEEK offers more than two dozen workshops to promote the desired culture, develop leaders, and empower a high-performing team. CEEK delivers most workshops in increments of 2-, 4-, or 8-hour engagements, depending on material depth and experiential learning needed. For organizations that desire maximum impact to engage and inspire a team in pursuit of shared business objectives, CEEK offers a series of progressive team development workshops, coupled with related coaching services, via 6- to 12-month engagements through CEEK University. Some of the topics addressed in CEEK workshops include:

  • CEEK a Better Way®…to Lead – Introduces the values and characteristics of effective leaders and guides participants through a series of exercises to assess and practice such characteristics.
  • CEEK a Better Way®…to Communicate – Introduces participants to the six speech acts and how to effectively leverage each to achieve desired results and enhanced relationships.
  • CEEK a Better Way®…to Balance – Based on CEEK’s best-selling book, Navigate Chaos, provides a framework to identify and apply techniques to promote and enhance personal balance while pursuing excellence in the professional environment.
  • CEEK a Better Way®…to Engage – Introduces the foundational aspects of engagement and guides participants through steps necessary to identify passions and craft jobs for maximum benefit.                          
  • CEEK a Better Way®…to Disagree – Provides participants a framework to manage conflict and guides them through a series of exercises to practice new techniques and assess impact.
  • CEEK a Better Way®…to Change – Provides a framework for participants to assess their willingness to change while offering tips and exercises to lead and adapt to change.

Leadership Coaching

Are you or members of your team struggling in a new leadership position, striving to improve working relationships, seeking to enhance productivity, or endeavoring for greater fulfillment and balance? CEEK offers a diverse roster of nearly two dozen executive, leadership, and career coaches certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) to help you and your colleagues achieve their full potential. Interview and select your ideal coach based on professional development objectives and personal fit. Your selected coach will build a trusted, confidential relationship to help you discover strengths, expose blind spots, advance leadership development, mitigate anxiety and stress, and unleash an inner passion. CEEK’s most requested coaching services include:

  • Six Month Coaching Engagements – Often coupled with a 360-degree assessment, a CEEK coach will work with an individual to discover and pursue enhanced leadership, productivity, and/or fulfillment. Based on feedback from a supervisor, peers, and direct reports, we typically engage in bi-weekly coaching sessions and challenge our clients to clarify leadership values and priorities while embracing new leadership skills and habits.
  • Spot Coaching Services – CEEK clients often afford their workforce the opportunity to engage a coach or coaches for up to six sessions to address a specific professional or personal challenge in a confidential and non-judgmental manner. We challenge these clients to Take the Conn in pursuit of personal and organizational wellness, fostering a culture of development and accountability.
  • Group Coaching Services – A CEEK coach will work with a small team or group of colleagues (typically six or fewer) to tackle a specific challenge or obstacle impacting performance or working relationships within the group. We create a safe environment to openly share sentiments, collaborate to brainstorm solutions, establish necessary guard rails, and promote ongoing accountability in a non-threatening or judgmental manner.
  • 360-Degree Assessments – Though we can leverage various survey instruments, CEEK recommends interview-based 360-degree assessments for struggling leaders or those with great promise who need to elevate their leadership. We provide direct feedback and challenge our clients to set the example for how to receive and respond to feedback well.
  • Psychometric Assessments – CEEK supplements our coaching services with individual self-assessments to promote an enhanced awareness of strengths, weaknesses, and behavioral styles and preferences. We often employ SurePeople’s Prism assessment to enhance our clients’ awareness of their personality, motivations, communication preferences, conflict management tendencies, decision-making, and other attributes during normal and stressed scenarios.
